Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

Plans can change. Please contact us as early as possible so we have the best chance of moving your workshop or offering the place to someone else.

01

48 hours or more

If you contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, you may ask to cancel or move the booking. We will offer one free move to an available date, or refund workshop fees paid for the cancelled places.

Non-refundable costs that you specifically asked us to incur, and that were clearly disclosed and agreed in advance, may be deducted where the law permits.

02

Less than 48 hours

Please tell us promptly. Because the reserved time, venue and preparation may be difficult to re-sell, an automatic full refund or free move is not guaranteed.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the loss, including trying to re-fill the place where practical. Any amount retained will be limited to the reasonable direct net loss caused by the late cancellation; we will refund the remaining balance. We may offer a transfer or new date at our discretion where circumstances and availability allow.

03

No-show or late arrival

If a participant does not attend without notice, the same reasonable-loss approach applies. Late arrival may shorten the making time so the workshop can still finish safely and within the venue booking.

04

If PLAI changes or cancels

If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund of the affected workshop fees or an available replacement date. We will tell you as soon as reasonably possible.

We are not responsible for separate travel, accommodation or other arrangements, so please avoid non-refundable commitments until the workshop is confirmed.
