From raw sterling silver to a ring you can wear
Choose the width, texture and finish of your ring, then take part in the practical work that shapes it. You saw, form, solder, hammer, file and polish with a silversmith guiding each stage.
The standard price includes up to 3g of silver per participant, measured in the finished piece. If a design finishes above 3g, the additional silver is priced and agreed before it is used.

A creative experience for one, two or a private group
Book an individual place, bring friends or request a private workshop for a celebration or team. Most makers arrive without jewellery experience, so the session begins with the fundamentals rather than assuming prior skill.
Couples can choose Rings for Two and make a ring for each other. For another UK city, share the town or postcode and PLAI Jewellery will prepare a complete quote for the location and group before you commit.
- Sessions usually take 1.5–3 hours, depending on the design.
- Adults aged 18+ can attend; ages 16–17 require a parent or legal guardian.

Which workshop locations can I choose?
PLAI Jewellery has published base prices for Cambridge, Peterborough, Oxford and London. You can also request another UK town or postcode for a tailored quote.
Can I request a private or group workshop?
Yes. Use the booking form to provide the participant count, preferred date and location. Private celebration and team formats are agreed around availability and a suitable venue.
When is a workshop booking confirmed?
Sending the form creates an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. PLAI Jewellery confirms the available date, venue and final arrangements before payment.
