Your Cambridge session is planned around your preferred date and group. Before payment, PLAI Jewellery confirms a suitable venue and the time you will need at the bench.
The standard Cambridge workshop starts at £95 per person. Current students can select the student option and show valid proof at the session.
- All tools and standard workshop materials are provided.
- Open to ages 18+, or ages 16–17 with a parent or legal guardian present.
- Finished silver above 3g is priced and agreed before extra silver is used.
- Requests remain subject to date and venue availability.

A Cambridge ring-making experience shaped around you
Begin with a raw strip of sterling silver and an idea of the ring you want to wear. Dmytro and Olha help you choose its width, texture and finish before guiding you through the practical making process.
The experience is hands-on: you form, solder, hammer, file and polish your own piece. You leave with the finished ring rather than watching somebody else make it for you.

Private workshops for two, friends and celebrations
A Cambridge workshop can be planned for an individual maker, a couple or a private group. It works as a creative date, birthday experience or an evening shared with friends without turning the session into a formal classroom.

Do I need jewellery-making experience?
No. PLAI Jewellery workshops are beginner-friendly, and Dmytro and Olha guide you through designing, forming and finishing your ring.
How long does the workshop take?
Allow 1.5–3 hours. The exact length depends on your design and the pace of the group, and we confirm the likely timing before the booking is final.
How much silver is included?
The price includes up to 3g of silver per participant, measured in the finished piece. Any finished weight above 3g is priced and agreed before extra silver is used.
Where does the Cambridge workshop take place?
PLAI Jewellery agrees a suitable Cambridge venue for each request. You receive the exact venue and available time before you pay or treat the booking as confirmed.
Can I book a private Cambridge workshop?
